Based in Klang Valley, our team handles concept design, authority submissions, cost planning, and full construction, with disciplined project management and clean detailing.

We are CIDB‑registered and provide insured workmanship and dedicated post‑handover support.

Discovery
Concept & Cost Plan
Build & Handover

We start with a brief, site or house review, and a clear understanding of goals, style, budget, and timeline. Our team assesses land constraints or existing structure, setbacks and zoning, and any authority requirements. You’ll receive a feasibility note with key risks, opportunities, and a ballpark cost range so you can decide with confidence before moving forward.

Your needs translate into plans, 3D visuals, and a material direction tailored to Malaysia’s climate—optimising light, ventilation, storage, and flow. In parallel, we coordinate structure and M&E, outline the programme, and prepare a detailed cost plan with options. You’ll see what’s included, what’s optional, and how choices affect budget and time.

We manage submissions, site setup, and construction from groundworks to finishes, with scheduled quality checks, safety controls, and tidy workmanship. Expect clear weekly updates, responsive issue resolution, and predictable progress to keys-in-hand. Delivery is CIDB-registered with insured workmanship and a workmanship warranty, plus post-handover support.
